ARSENAL boss Arsene Wenger is managing his 810th Premier League clash... but still he hasn't quite mastered the zip on his long coat.

The Frenchman sent Twitter into a frenzy when TV cameras picked up Wenger sitting on the Crystal Palace facing a losing battle trying to keep himself warm.

The 68-year-old has endured a continuous struggle with his trench coat over the years and was even trolled by Europa League opponents Ostersunds earlier this month.

After learning that the Swedish minnows face their biggest match in the club's history they hilariously tweeted: "Please make sure that Wenger has fixed his jacket before traveling, it's going to be cold in Ostersund."

Wenger also struggled mightily with his zip during games against Newcastle, Hull and Manchester United.

And viewers on Twitter were quick to crack jokes over his latest grapple with one joking: "810 Premier League games, speaks 6 languages, still can't do up a zip."

Another said: "FFS somebody get Arsene Wenger a new coat with Velcro fastening instead of that zip the idiot can't work."

One eagle-eyed viewer commented: "Certainties in life: 1. You are born 2. Taxes 3. You die 4. Arsenal finishing fourth 5. Arsene Wenger having trouble with his zip."

Wenger attempted to keep out the cold on more than one occasion and his face didn't look amused when he continued to fail.

And another supporter watching Arsenal attempting to keep up their top four charge said: "Arsene Wenger vs zip is the greatest rivalry in Premier League history."

Temperatures around Selhurst Park dropped to near freezing one degree as even the cheer leaders came out to perform for the crowd in their jumpers.

But it didn't appear to disrupt Arsenal's start to the game after Shkodran Mustafi fired the visitors ahead after 25 minutes.
