EX-NEWCASTLE star Hatem Ben Arfa has scored a worldie . . . by dating a Miss Universe winner.
The France international, who ended a five-year Toon spell in 2015, has struggled to hit the heights with Paris Saint-Germain.
But Ben Arfa has secured arguably the greatest result of his career by landing Iris Mittenaere, who was crowned Miss France in 2016.
The 24-year-old beauty went on to win the Miss Universe title in the Philippines later that year.
Lille-born Iris met Ben Arfa, 30, at a Paris nightclub. They are pictured together on the front cover of French magazine Public.
A witness said: "When Iris saw Ben Arfa enter the room her eyes lit up straight away.
"Later on they kissed passionately in front of everyone."
Brunette Iris has brains as well as good looks, and has studied at Lille University of Health and Law.
She previously dated comedian Kev Adams.
A serial beauty pageant winner, she scooped the Miss Flanders and Miss Nord-Pas-de-Calais regional titles in 2015.
