CHELSEA wonderkid Callum Hudson-Odoi has emerged as one of the brightest young prospects in English football.

The 16-year-old's blistering run of form for club and country has not gone unnoticed as a number of clubs indicate their interest.

The highly-rated youngster was handed a new three-year deal earlier this year following a stellar season for the Blues.

He cemented his position in the Chelsea U18 starting line-up last term, before the squad heroically went on to win the treble.

Hudson-Odoi found the net eight times last term in 25 appearances last season.

Following an emphatic display against Manchester United U23's last month, the England international has drawn comparisons to senior colleague Eden Hazard.

They were trailing 2-0 until Hudson-Odio flipped the game on its head and ignited a triumphant comeback for the Blues.

He set up Isaac Christie-Davies, before scoring the equaliser in the closing stages of the Premier League 2 match.

Hudson-Odoi has progressed through the youth ranks at Stamford Bridge despite ongoing interest from outsiders, including QPR and Bristol City.

The soon-to-be 17-year-old is eligible to represent Ghana, but he has so far picked to play for the Three Lions.

He helped the England U17 squad reach the final of the European Championships and has been in blistering form ever since.
